URGENT MESSAGE REGARDING PARKING FOR SUMMER SOCCER.

Parents please obey these rules:

-utilise designated and legal parking areas.
-obey all applicable road rules and parking restrictions.
-ensure residential driveways and access points are kept clear.
-be respectful of neighbouring residents and properties.
-carpool wherever possible to assist in reducing the number of vehicles attending the ground.

Council’s Parking Rangers have commenced patrols of the area and where vehicles are observed parked contrary to the NSW Road Rules, appropriate enforcement action may be taken.

Parking options if the car parks are full at the field.
-Harrington Park youth space
-Harrington Park shopping carpark
-Narellan Sports Hub

Sport has the power to change lives. It helps increase confidence, generates social connectedness, improves resilience and provides a real sense of belonging. That’s why Gatorade’s Fuel Tomorrow program aims to help 2.5 million teens across the world access the life-changing power of sport by 2030. Locally, La Trobe University was commissioned to conduct a study to understand how confidence affects teen sports participation – the results of which underpin our entire Fuel Tomorrow program.

Shoosh for Kids is a collaborative effort between the Office of Sport and sector partners to encourage positive spectator behaviour at junior sport. The Office of Sport provides access to free digital resources to raise awareness and promote the very simple message – if you don’t have anything nice to say, shoosh for kids.
